We will be accepting registrations in-person during Congress. Onsite registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.

Congress Bursaries
CHRA offers a limited number of bursaries to its retired members, persons with lived experience, students and early career professionals. The bursaries cover the full cost of any of the CHRA programming at the 2023 Congress. Bursary applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. While the bursary will not cover travel costs associated with attending Congress, we will provide a special hotel room rate of $109 per person/per night.
If you would like to apply for a bursary, please do so by filling out the relevant bursary application form (available for download below). The deadline to apply is April 7, 2023. Additional information on bursaries is included in the form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice of cancellation or request for refund or substitution must be sent in writing to Julie McNamara at jmcnamara@chra-achru.ca . Cancellations received:
- Before March 27, 2023 – full refund of monies paid less $100 processing fee.
- Between March 27 and April 7, 2023 – 50% refund.
- After April 7, 2023 – NO REFUNDS.
Cancellations made after April 7, 2023, for unpaid registrations are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for refund cheques to be processed. We do not offer partial refunds. Substitutions are allowed, space permitting.
