Webinar: Integrating Municipal and CMHC Housing Program Applications

Earlier this year, the City of Calgary and CMHC announced a new innovative partnership model whereby under the City’s new “Land Transfer Program”, housing providers in Calgary could apply for CMHC programs (e.g. Co-investment Fund or SEED funding), and City of Calgary support via an integrated, “one stop shop” application process. Given that many housing providers across Canada have stated concerns regarding the complexity and time associated with applying to multiple housing programs across multiple jurisdictions, this type of integrated application model derives significant benefits to not only housing providers, but all parties involved.
