Homeless Encampments: Strategies and Solutions

The proliferation of homeless encampments is a key indicator of Canada’s continuing housing crisis. A perpetual lack of affordable, permanent housing solutions means that encampments will continue to be formed in our communities. Managing these encampments requires collaboration with camp residents and community support.
