CHRA Indigenous Caucus
Established in 2013 at the annual Congress on Housing and Homelessness, the CHRA Indigenous Caucus is a body of CHRA members who are Indigenous-led and Indigenous-serving organizations. The Indigenous Caucus has a shared mission to address housing issues for northern, rural, and urban First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Peoples.
Housing Professionals Mentorship Program
The Housing Professionals Mentorship Program (HPMP) is the mentorship program for the Community Housing and Homelessness Sector. HPMP connects experienced housing professionals with those who are looking for mentorship, and offers workshop and hosts events network, learn and develop leadership capacity in the sector.
The Chartered Institute of Housing Canada
CIH Canada is the destination for education, professional standards, and accreditation in Canada's affordable and social housing sector. CIH Canada offers training, coaching and resources to housing professionals and people interested in working in housing. CHRA administers CIH Canada to promote the professionalization and development of housing and homelessness professionals.
The CHRA National Awards
The CHRA National Awards are presented during CHRA's annual Congress on Housing and Homelessness. In partnership with Yardi Canada, CHRA presents four national awards to highlight and celebrate excellence in the community housing and homelessness sector.
