Kevin serves as the Director, Programs with the Nunavut Housing Corporation (NHC), where he is directly involved in program design, delivery and policy implementation across some of the most challenging environments in Canada. Kevin’s work spans public housing, supported and affordable housing and homeownership, with a focus on affordability, tenant realities, and the practical constraints that affect how programs actually land in communities.
As a Board member for Qulliq Energy Corporation, Kevin brings a complementary perspective. In the north, housing and energy are closely linked, from construction feasibility to long-term affordability. This allows him to assess challenges and opportunities more holistically.
Kevin brings governance approach grounded in accountability, clarity and practical outcomes. He wishes to ensure that northern perspectives are not only represented, but reflected in how programs are designed and delivered, with a focus on measurable results.
