CHRA Survey on Barriers Within Operating Agreements – Share your Thoughts

One of the advocacy objectives that CHRA has discussed with CMHC is to eliminate barriers within existing Operating Agreements for housing providers who wish to diversify or transition their operating models.   A number of social and affordable housing providers have stated that clauses or conditions within existing Operating Agreement prevent them from being able to change their operational model.  In order to better inform our advocacy efforts, CHRA would like to collect specific examples of Operating Agreement barriers.  If you are aware of any barriers within any of your current Operating Agreements, we are asking you to take the following survey and share your information.  All results will be kept completely confidential and non-attributable.
