July 22, 2025 | 11:00am-12:00pm (ET)

Summary

There is no doubt one of the most impactful technological developments to hit the world recently has been AI in its various iterations.

It may seem a bit like the wild west out there at the moment with lots of competing platforms and debates about ethics and use of data, but one thing is for sure: AI isn't going away. Whether you're a AI sceptic or an early adopter, this technology will be crucial in how your tenants and residents view and receive services from you in the future.

In this non-technical briefing Ian Wright, Founder and CEO, Disruptive Innovators Network will explore how AI is developing and some of the different uses for social landlord operations. He will explore areas such as 'if your homes could talk', tenant and resident engagement and what AI can do well, and what will still be left to us humans. With numerous examples from the latest developments in AI and housing this webinar will help get you up to speed on this rapidly emerging technology and how it can help you improve services to tenants and residents.
