I have had the privilege of leading organizations for over 20 years, including a 10-year term as municipal manager of Ste-Agathe-de-Lotbinière. I have been involved in Quebec’s community housing sector since 2015. I worked as executive director of the Fédération Régionale des OBNL d’Habitation de Québec et Chaudière-Appalaches for seven and a half years before obtaining the same position with the Réseau Québécois des OSBL d’Habitation in September 2022.
Positions in the private sector, particularly in an engineering consulting firm and in a company in Quebec’s entertainment industry, were foundational to my professional development. Throughout my career, I have also served as an administrator in several organizations including in the housing sector, and for various initiatives in the supramunicipal and educational fields or related to my previous jobs.
