We will be accepting registrations in-person during Congress. Onsite registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.

Congress Bursaries

CHRA offers a limited number of bursaries to persons with lived experience, Indigenous Innovation Forum attendees, members of the Black Caucus, and members of the 2SLGTBQ+ Community of Practice. The bursaries cover the full cost of standard (Congress only) registration. If you would like to apply for a bursary, please do so by filling out the relevant bursary application form below. The deadline to apply is March 14, 2025. Additional information on bursaries is included in the form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notice of cancellation or request for refund or substitution must be sent in writing to Chloe Martin at chloe@chra-chru.ca. Cancellations received:

  • Before April 1, 2025 – full refund of monies paid less $75 processing fee.
  • After April 1, 2025 – NO REFUNDS.
  • Illness-related cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Unpaid registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for refunds to be processed. We do not offer partial refunds. Substitutions are allowed, space permitting.
