We will be accepting registrations in-person during Congress. Onsite registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.

Congress Bursaries
CHRA offers a limited number of bursaries to its retired members, persons with lived experience, students and early career professionals. The bursaries cover the full cost of standard (Congress only) registration. If you would like to apply for a bursary, please do so by filling out the relevant bursary application form below. The deadline to apply is March 13, 2024. Additional information on bursaries is included in the form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice of cancellation or request for refund or substitution must be sent in writing to Julie McNamara at jmcnamara@chra-achru.ca . Cancellations received:
- Before March 20 2024 – full refund of monies paid less $75 processing fee.
- After March 20 2024 – NO REFUNDS.
- Illness-related cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Unpaid registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for refunds to be processed. We do not offer partial refunds. Substitutions are allowed, space permitting.
