In November of 2023, I joined the team at CHRA as the Senior Manager of Education, and in my role, I have the privilege of doing the same for the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada (CIH Canada). While CIH Canada was a new organization to me, it’s not new in Canada – it has been around for over ten years. Even with that longevity, many people still do not know what CIH Canada is; I have the privilege of continuing to spread the news about the work we do to support the community housing sector.

We are currently offering three different education streams that inform and establish professionalism in the social housing sphere (more on that below).
