Ce programme de 40\u00a0milliards de dollars sur 10\u00a0ans contenait un certain nombre de programmes et de politiques con\u00e7us pour prot\u00e9ger, renforcer et faire cro\u00eetre le secteur du logement communautaire. Depuis, d&rsquo;autres programmes et politiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 la Strat\u00e9gie. Plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de la Strat\u00e9gie s&rsquo;alignent sur les recommandations propos\u00e9es par l&rsquo;ACHRU \u00e0 la fin de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux de la Strat\u00e9gie incluent\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca\/fr\/professionals\/project-funding-and-mortgage-financing\/funding-programs\/all-funding-programs\/co-investment-fund\">Le Fonds national de co-investissement<\/a>\u00a0: Un programme de 13\u00a0milliards de dollars, sur 10\u00a0ans, qui offre des subventions et des pr\u00eats pour construire du logement communautaire ou r\u00e9parer ce qui existe d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca\/fr\/professionals\/project-funding-and-mortgage-financing\/funding-programs\/all-funding-programs\/co-investment-fund\">L&rsquo;Initiative f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de logement communautaire<\/a>\u00a0: Financement qui permet de fournir des subventions au logement en continu aux gestionnaires de logements dont les accords d&rsquo;exploitation f\u00e9d\u00e9raux ou provinciaux doivent expirer avant 2028.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.infrastructure.gc.ca\/homelessness-sans-abri\/index-fra.html\">Le programme Vers un chez-soi<\/a>\u00a0: Le programme f\u00e9d\u00e9ral qui travaille avec les organismes communautaires pour lutter contre l&rsquo;itin\u00e9rance et la pr\u00e9venir.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca\/fr\/professionals\/project-funding-and-mortgage-financing\/funding-programs\/all-funding-programs\/federal-lands\">L&rsquo;Initiative des terrains f\u00e9d\u00e9raux<\/a>\u00a0: Une initiative de 200\u00a0millions de dollars sur 10\u00a0ans qui transf\u00e8re les terres f\u00e9d\u00e9rales exc\u00e9dentaires \u00e0 des fournisseurs de logements communautaires afin de construire de nouveaux logements abordables.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca\/fr\/nhs\/guidepage-strategy\/about-the-initiatives?guide=INNOVATION%20&amp;%20RESEARCH=\">Des mesures pour l&rsquo;innovation et la recherche\u00a0:<\/a> La Strat\u00e9gie nationale du logement comprend un certain nombre de mesures destin\u00e9es \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la recherche sur le logement et \u00e0 poursuivre les pratiques innovantes.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca\/fr\/professionals\/project-funding-and-mortgage-financing\/funding-programs\/all-funding-programs\/rapid-housing\">L&rsquo;Initiative pour la cr\u00e9ation rapide de logements\u00a0:<\/a> Lanc\u00e9 en septembre 2020, avec un financement suppl\u00e9mentaire pr\u00e9vu en 2021, ce programme de 2,5\u00a0milliards de dollars offre des subventions pour construire rapidement de nouveaux logements communautaires.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/laws.justice.gc.ca\/fra\/lois\/n-11.2\/index.html\">L\u00e9gislation sur le droit au logement<\/a>\u00a0: En 2019, le Parlement a adopt\u00e9 la \u00ab\u2009Loi sur la strat\u00e9gie nationale du logement\u2009\u00bb qui codifie le droit au logement et \u00e9tablit 2\u00a0nouveaux organes de responsabilit\u00e9 pour superviser le droit progressif au logement, le Conseil national du logement, et le d\u00e9fenseur f\u00e9d\u00e9ral du logement.<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;Allocation canadienne d&rsquo;aide au logement\u00a0: Un programme \u00e0 co\u00fbts partag\u00e9s avec les provinces et les territoires qui fournit des subventions au logement transf\u00e9rables aux personnes admissibles (les prestations sont administr\u00e9es par chaque province et territoire individuellement).<\/li>\n<li>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/centre.support\/fr\/a-propos\/\">Centre de transformation du logement communautaire<\/a>\u00a0: Une organisation ind\u00e9pendante qui accorde des subventions aux organisations de logement communautaire afin d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transformation du secteur et de soutenir les activit\u00e9s des locataires.<\/li>\n<li><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca\/fr\/professionals\/project-funding-and-mortgage-financing\/funding-programs\/all-funding-programs\/rental-construction-financing-initiative\">L&rsquo;Initiative de financement de la construction de logements locatifs<\/a><\/u>\u00a0: Un programme offrant des pr\u00eats \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt pour d\u00e9velopper des logements locatifs durables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Strat\u00e9gie nationale du logement En novembre 2017, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 la toute premi\u00e8re Strat\u00e9gie nationale du logement du Canada.
