Early Career Professionals at Congress

Early Career Professionals are individuals who are working in the housing and homelessness sector and are 30 years of age or under, or full-time students of any age whose studies have a housing or homelessness focus. Congress has a lot to offer our Early Career Professionals, including, special pricing, bursaries, and exclusive events. 

Bursaries for Early Career Professionals and Individuals with Lived Experience

We offer a limited number of partial bursaries to Early Career Professionals and Individuals with Lived Experience attending Congress to help offset travel and accommodation expenses. Discounted registration rates for Congress and Pre-Congress sessions are also available.

Early Career Professionals are invited to a pub night at the Irish Times Pub in downtown Victoria. Come and network with colleagues from all across the country over food, and drinks (cash bar) at one of the most popular spots in Victoria!

Early Career Professionals are invited to a networking lunch on April 3 in the Saanich Room at the Victoria Conference Centre. This is a great opportunity to learn about what other ECPs from across the country are doing. Lunch will include door prizes (hint: It will be a whale of a time!).
