Register Now! - 2017

Please read the following instructions before you proceed to our online registration and note:

  1. You do not have to pre-register for the workshops outlined in the Workshops At-A-Glance.  All sessions are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so please arrive promptly.
     
  2. Pre-Congress, on Tuesday May 2nd, provides an extra day of education and learning for delegates, requiring additional registration and fees. Delegate can choose from one of three full-day sessions:

    • Stream 1: Innovation Forum
    • Stream 2: Aboriginal Housing Caucus
    • Stream 3: Housing Course: Fundamentals of Housing Policy & Governance
       
  3. Delegates must indicate which days they will be attending Congress. See the Fees. 
 
     
  4. Mobile Tours require advanced registration as spaces are limited. There is no additional fee. Our eight unique Mobile Tours run over three distinct times and dates: on Wednesday May 3rd from 2pm – 4:30pm, Thursday May 4th from 2pm – 4:30pm and Friday May 5th from 9:45am-1:45pm. You can select one Mobile Tour on either Wednesday OR Thursday. Everyone is welcome to register for Friday’s tour, space permitting.  If you are not participating in a Mobile Tour on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon, four on-site workshops will be running concurrently that delegates are welcome to attend on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Delegates must identify their Mobile Tour choice on the online registration form to be eligible to participate.
     
  5. Early Career Professionals are invited to RSVP for a Pub Night on May 2nd, and for the Lunch n’ Learn on May 3rd. There is no additional fee to attend, however registration is required for the May 2nd event.
 
     
  6. One entrance to the Meet & Greet, President’s Reception, Closing Ceremonies and Yardi Awards Luncheon is included with delegate registration. 
 
     
  7. Attendance at the CHRA Dinner on Wednesday May 3rd, has a separate charge of $80 per person. You must select and pay for your ticket(s) for this event as a part of the online registration.
 
     
  8. CHRA members receive significant savings on Congress registration fees. Compare the Fees. Once an organization joins CHRA, ALL the employees of that organization are entitled to the member savings on registration. Consider joining now.
 
     
  9. Your permission is required before including your name, organization name and email on our delegate list, which will be shared with Congress participants for post-Congress connecting and networking.  This request for permission is at the end of the online registration form.
 
     
  10. Notice of cancellation/request for refund or substitution must be sent in writing to Tammy Desroches, Office Manager at: tdesroches@chra-achru.ca. Full refunds minus a $100 administration fee will be provided for cancellations made in writing by March 17th, 2017 or before. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations from March 18th, 2017 to April 21st, 2017 inclusive. No refunds will be issued after April 21st, 2017 for cancellations or no-shows.  Substitutions are allowed, space permitting.
